During a career in both the Army and Police Service spanning 33 years, David has been involved in various sports including rugby, judo, squash, running, and general fitness training. Returning to running in late 2017, David completed a number of marathons as well as a 24-hour event in Cirencester Park.
After suffering a recent knee injury, he has reduced his running but has recently commenced training for a 100 km indoor rowing challenge.
